GlobalDF was engaged by GIZ to prepare investment roadmaps and training materials for Sub-Saharan local and national governments for increasing access to finance for climate projects on behalf of the Covenant of Mayors in Sub-Saharan Africa (COM SSA). The Report “Financing Roadmaps for Climate Projects: How can local governments in Sub-Saharan Africa facilitate access to finance?” presents technical approaches for project development and finance, with specific guidelines for 10 types of climate projects.
