Finance Roadmaps for Climate Projects

Finance Roadmaps for Climate Projects

Objective

Identifying actionable business models and finance roadmaps for climate projects. The approach is focussed on empowering local governments in Sub-Saharan Africa as they are facing the challenge of managing the highest urban growth rate in the world, while simultaneously confronting the highest levels of climate change with devastating impacts cutting across local communities, the economy, and political stability.

Description

The study sets forth a practical approach  for implementing climate projects. There are ten chapters  on specific types of climate projects, defining the roles of each stakeholder and ways to develop, finance, structure, risk mitigate, and finance specific projects. Illustrative case studies are provided.
